My parents raised me to be a water-loving girl even though I've been pretty much landlocked my entire life. I remember the day that my parents came home from an auction having bought a 10-foot ship's wheel and thinking that was completely normal. It took six men to get the massive wood wheel into our home. One day, I'd love to build a table around the wheel.
